How Does A Man Reach The Bottom Of The Sea?

Right from the start, the man has been anxious to travel around the bottom of the sea and to know about the different substances found on the seabed.

Do you know does man reach the bottom of the sea?

‘Bathyscaphe’ is a special type of vessel which is used to go into the depths of the sea. The scientist named Auguste Piccard developed How does a man reach the bottom of the seathis vessel. The first bathyscaphe was made-up between 1946 and 1948 in Belgium. However, in 1948 is broke down after few trips to the sea. After this, the second bathyscaphe was made by the scientist. On 15 February 1954 the second bathyscaphe went up to the depth of 4000 metres about 13,000 ft. in the Atlantic Ocean. Then the superior bathyscaphe was made by Jacques Piccard, the son of Auguste Piccard. On 23 January 1960 this bathyscaphe has broken the world record, as it was the first to go to a depth of 10916 metres inside the Pacific Ocean. The bathyscaphe consists of two main parts. One part of it is made of steel and it is known as cabin. It can hold two persons. The other part of bathyscaphe is made of light metal which floats on water and it stored gasoline and two air vessels. These vessels are filled with air to let the bathyscaphe to move on the surface of water. But when it is to be taken inside the sea then the air vessels get filled with water. It goes inside the water because of the weight of this water. Bathyscaphe can be taken to the desired depth by controlling the amount of air and water in the vessels. It becomes easy to study the seabed with the help of this tool.
