How To Lose Weight Without Dieting?

Every one has a desire to sustain an attractive personality. And in order to achieve this desire, many people try to loose the extra weight of the body. And for this purpose they adopt very tough protocols of dieting. But dieting is not a positive feeling for most of them. Some people find it very difficult to work on fixed protocol of dieting. Even after starting it many of them are not able to maintain the rules of dieting. But one should not feel low because dieting is not the only way to deal with the extra body weight. One can loose the extra body weight without any dieting.

This article provides some basic instructions of losing the weight (without dieting). By following these instructions one can get rid of from the burden of dieting.

Now if you eat lesser then your daily need of calories, then your body will start eating your accumulated calories (fats). In this way you will be able to loose the weight. You must prepare a calorie chart (according to your activities), and then you should consume the calories according to that chart.

Step 2- You should eat more frequently, but every time you should eat less. Actually you are needed to eat after regular intervals because your body needs energy to metabolize the calories. If you eat less then your metabolism will goes down as a result no burning of calories takes place. You should eat your breakfast immediately (with in an hour) after you get up in the morning. This will help in smooth running of body metabolism.

Step 3- Walking is a key to loose the weight. Walking is the best exercise that you can offer to your body. It doesn’t need any intense effort. If you are suffering from severe obesity, then don’t go for long walks/runs, just start with small distances. And then gradually increase the time and distance of walk. Make walking/running a habit and place it in your daily day schedule. This will help you to loose a lot.

Step 4- You should habitat yourself with a particular set of exercise. It will be boring for you. So, you should add Varity of exercises in your monthly fitness planner. You should join a gym; it will make you regular with your exercises.

Step 5- It has been observed that riding on bike is a good mental exercise. So, if it is possible then you should go for it.

Step 6- Change your way of celebrations. If something good is happening to you then don’t reward yourself with sweets and chocolates. You should spend your free time in watching movies or playing games. You should not go for fatty foods. Your desire to eat will decrease if you make yourself busy in some adventurous activities. You should go for tracking, rafting, tennis etc.
